1. What this list is
These are the companies TurboHeadshots uses to run the Service that receive personal information: your photographs, your headshots, your account and order records, or data about how you use the site. Each one receives only what it needs for the job listed below, and may not use it for anything else.
This page is part of our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why. The same list appears in Section 6 there.
2. Who generates your headshots
TurboHeadshots does not run its own image-generation models. Your headshots are generated by OpenAI and fal.ai from the prepared photographs our own processing server sends them. OpenAI also checks each upload for lighting, blur and framing before any headshot is generated.
Your photographs are never used to train AI models. OpenAI does not train on data sent through its API, and fal's terms bar it from using customer content to create, train or develop its products.

4. When this list changes
